Guns Of History Cannon Wooden Wheel Set 1:16 Scale

Civil War era cannon wheels were made of wood with metal hubs and iron rims. Now, upgrade your Guns of History cannon kits with historically accurate wooden wheels.

Easy-to-assemble set contains laser cut basswood and walnut parts for the wheels and spokes, precision machined hubs and flexible black gasket material to simulate the iron rims. Building jig, brass nails, full size pattern and clear instructions are also provided. Two wheels per set. Wheel diameter is 3-1/4 inches.   

This kit estimates 5-10 hrs. of build time, including hand shaping of 28 spokes from laser-cut walnut blanks. For the builder who prefers a simpler solution, see MS4000MW, Precision Molded Cannon Metal Wheel Set.
