2. Phone: Give us a call at (904) 507-3327 during normal business hours, and my wife Pat will assist you. She works as a school teacher full time so she may not return your call until she is on her way home.  You can also call me (Mike) at (904) 207-3360 but leave a message and I will return your call.  We're available to answer your questions, provide product recommendations, and offer guidance on any aspect of scale modeling.

3. Cancellations:  All cancellation requests shall be sent via email to orders@mpmhobbies.com.  Please include the order number in your request.
