Shipping Policy

*Expect shipment within 14 business days or up to 30 business days for orders not listed as back or pre-orders*

1. MPM Hobbies 3D Printed Resin Products

A.  Order(s) with MPM Hobbies 3D printed resin products - Order(s) comprising both MPM Hobbies 3D printed resin products and non 3D printed products, at MPM Hobbies’ discretion, will be shipped together based upon the printing timeframe.

B.  Order(s) without MPM Hobbies 3D printed resin products - All order(s) without MPM Hobbies 3D printed resin products will be packaged and shipped in the order received.

2. Promotional Offers

A. Free shipping promotional offers, should we offer them, will only be shipped using economy shipping.

3. Combining Orders

A. All unfulfilled orders placed from the same shipping address will be combined and shipped regardless of date of purchase at MPM Hobbies’ discretion. The timeline for shipment will be based upon the latest purchase date.

4. Ground Shipments

A. Any order placed with combustible, flammable, hazardous liquids and/or aerosols will be shipped via ground services regardless.  Due to our shipping program accidentally allowing the customer to choose the Air shipping options when the order contains combustible, flammable, hazardous liquids and/or aerosols we only offer ground shipping options.  I am a former pilot and I had rather lose business than risk putting an aircraft in jeopardy.

5. Accidental Shipments

A.  If you have cancelled your order prior to receiving an email from us stating that your order has been prepped and ready to go for shipping, we are basically sending your order to you by accident.  You must refuse shipment, however, MPM Hobbies has to receive the products you are refusing before we initiate the refund, if a refund is due to you. Will we process the refund, if you are due one, within 48 hours of receiving the return from the carrier.

One way to know this has been done by accident is that we can no longer ask for reimbursement of the shipping cost from the carrier after we refund your shipping costs.

Why do we have to receive the products before we issue a refund?  Simply put, a refusal doesn’t mean that a customer doesn’t have time to use a razor, slice the box open, remove the products and replace them with a brick wrapped in packaging material.  Then they tape it back up and have the carrier pick it back up the next day to send it back to us.  Trust us, we know a lot of scams.  That is also why we use the phrase, “if you are due a refund”. 

So do us a favor, understand we are human just like you and make mistakes.  Give us 48 hours once we receive the order back to process your refund.

B.   If you have cancelled your order prior to receiving an email from us stating that your order has been prepped and ready to go for shipping and you do not refuse shipment from the carrier and accept the package then we probably assume all is well.  Reach out to us and let us know what is going on.  We may have no clue because for whatever reason we did not see your cancellation email.  Like I said earlier, there is no incentive on our part to send you an order that has been cancelled considering we actually lose money when it happens.  It isn’t a scam, just a mistake on our part.

 6. Refused Shipments   

We will not refund your shipping costs if you refuse shipping for the following reasons:

A.  If you do not follow our Purchase Options and Cancellations or Refunds, Returns or Exchanges policies and use refusal of shipment to circumvent our policies. 

B.  If you refuse shipment and upon us receiving the products back we discover fraud or theft on your part.

7. Products Damaged in Transit 

A.  If your shipment looks as though the carrier ran the box through a washing machine, then by all means refuse the shipment.  Please send us an email or text letting us know why and we beg of you to take pictures of the package and attach them.  Once we refund your order, we can use your pictures to bolster our claim with the carrier.  If you don’t include pictures, we will still issue a refund, they are simply just a favor we are asking of you.

B.  If you accept shipment and discover missing or broken items then please refer to our Refunds, Returns or Exchanges policy.
