The “Austrått Fort” is a coastal artillery fortification located in Norway. It played a significant role in Norway’s defense during World War II.

Have you wondered to build some different diorama, based on a singular theme?? So why not a coastal battery with powerful cannons capable to destroy the enemy from a huge distance?!

This is what this scale model offer to you, the alternative to do something far from the regular aircrafts, tanks and etc.

So what are you waiting for to add this new model to your collection, and a new diorama in your portfolio?

The fort was constructed by the German occupying forces during World War II as part of the Atlantic Wall defense system. The Atlantic Wall was a series of coastal fortifications built by the Germans along the western coast of Europe to defend against potential Allied invasions.

The fort's primary armament included heavy coastal artillery guns, typically ranging from 15 cm to 30.5 cm in caliber. These guns were capable of firing at enemy ships and providing a formidable deterrent against naval attacks.

Today, Austrått Fort is open to the public as a museum and historical site. Visitors can explore the remnants of the fort, including the bunkers and artillery emplacements, to learn about Norway's wartime experiences and the role played by coastal defenses during World War II.
