The F-16I SUFA (Hebrew for 'Storm') is a two-seat variant of the F-16D Block 52 specifically configured for the Israeli Air Force. Powered by a General Electric F110-GE-129 turbofan engine producing 29,000 pounds of thrust, the SUFA can reach speeds exceeding Mach 2. The aircraft features conformal fuel tanks that increase range without sacrificing weapons stations, advanced Israeli-developed avionics including the EL/M-2032 radar, and compatibility with a wide range of Israeli and American precision weapons.
