This construction set is part of the Educational Construction Series. The pillars in this set, which allow easy attachment and detachment, are for use with Tamiya universal plates and arms. Using these pillars with Items 70098 Universal Plate Set, 70172 Universal Plate L (210x160mm) and 70143 Universal Arm Set allows you to build up two-level structures with ease. Get this set for original construction, such as robotic creations.

  • 40mm pillars x4
  • Stopper pins x20
  • 3x8mm Tapping screws, x16
  • Pillars are molded in light gray plastic (coloring that matches parts from the Educational Construction Series).
  • Pillars can be attached or detached with ease by using stopper pins. (Tools are not required.)
  • Pillar sides have holes to attach screws, which allows greater structural variety.
  • Attachment without metal parts prevents electronics such as microcomputers from shorting out.
