C020 Mr. Color Semi-Gloss Light Blue is a 10ml lacquer paint from GSI Creos for modelers who need a consistent color for scale-model detail and finishing work.

Product Details

  • Material: Solvent-based lacquer paint.
  • Color and finish: Light blue with a semi-gloss finish.
  • Scale: Not applicable; formulated for scale model projects.
  • Contents: One 10ml bottle.
  • Application: Brush painting or airbrushing with the appropriate Mr. Color thinner.
  • Compatibility: Apply over cured Mr. Color. Do not mix with Aqueous Hobby Color, ACRYSION, Classy 'N Dressy Colors, or Mr. Metal Color.
  • Important detail: Do not thin with Thinner for Aqueous Hobby Color or ACRYSION Solvent.

Application Notes

Brushing and Airbrushing

For brush painting, use roughly 1 part paint to 0.8-1 part Mr. Color Thinner. For airbrushing, use roughly 1 part paint to 1-2 parts thinner. Mr. Color Leveling Thinner and Mr. Color Rapid Thinner can also be used. Test the mixture on a spare surface before painting the model.

Layer Compatibility

Aqueous Hobby Color and ACRYSION can be applied over cured Mr. Color. Mr. Color should not be applied over Aqueous Hobby Color or ACRYSION.
