C047 Mr. Color Gloss Clear Red is a solvent-based lacquer paint for hobbyists finishing scale models. Use it for clear red details and gloss effects with brush or airbrush application.

Product Details

  • Material: Solvent-based lacquer paint.
  • Scale: Suitable for scale model projects; the paint itself is not limited to one scale.
  • Compatibility: Use with Mr. Color thinner, Mr. Color leveling thinner, or Mr. Color rapid thinner. Aqueous Hobby Color and ACRYSION can be applied over a coat of Mr. Color, but Mr. Color should not be applied over Aqueous Hobby Color or ACRYSION.
  • Contents: One 10ml bottle of C047 Gloss Clear Red.
  • Important detail: Do not mix with Aqueous Hobby Color, ACRYSION or ACRYSION Base Colors, Classy 'N Dressy Colors, or Mr. Metal Color.

Application Guidance

Brush Painting

Mix one part Mr. Color Gloss Clear Red with approximately 0.8 to 1 part Mr. Color thinner.

Airbrushing

Mix one part paint with approximately 1 to 2 parts Mr. Color thinner. Do not use Thinner for Aqueous Hobby Color or ACRYSION solvent.
