Enhance your 1:1000 Refit with battle damage - including hull breaches!

This all new photoetch set includes innovative textured "scarring", breached hull plating, and inner-hull details.

Based on the damage seen at the beginning of "Star Trek III: The Search for Spock", you can also model the end of "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan" by leaving the photoetch off the starboard secondary hull."

"Uber detailers" can further enhance their build with additional "guts" (wiring, stips of styrene, etc.) and small squares of sheet styrene to simulate in-progress repairs. In addition, lighting effects such model railroad fire simulations and arc welders can show the ship in the throws of battle.

Please note that this photoetch set is intended for modelers of at least moderate abilities with experience using photoetch. If you have never used photoetch before, this is likely not the set to be starting with.

The assembled photos below were very quickly done and will be replaced by fully buildup photos in the near future.
