Application notes

Brush and airbrush use

Brush painting generally needs one to two coats. Airbrushing generally needs two to three coats, with additional coats sometimes needed when applying a light color over a dark surface.

Adjusting the finish

Mix H-40 Flat Base with the paint to reduce the gloss. About 5% produces a matte finish, while 5% to 10% produces a semi-gloss finish. Adjust the amount to suit the model.
