HO Scale 52' Center-Beam Flatcar, Soo Line #5060. Center-beam cars are specialty cars designed for carrying building supplies such as cut wood, lumber, or drywall sheets. They are essentially bulkhead flatcars that have been reinforced with additional central supports for the side-loading of bulk materials. Performs best on 15' radius curves or greater.
