Tamiya XF-06 Acrylic Copper is a flat-finish, water-soluble acrylic model paint for brush painting and airbrushing. It is suited to modelers working with styrene, resin, Styrofoam, wood, and common model plastics.

Application and Finish

XF colors have a flat finish. The paint covers well, flows smoothly, and can be blended easily. Before it cures, it can be washed away with plain water.

For airbrushing, thin the paint with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner, Tamiya Lacquer Thinner, or another verified Tamiya thinner. Tamiya Paint Retarder (87114) can help produce smoother brushstrokes.
