Thinning and Layering

For brush painting, start with a 1 to 0.8 or 1 to 1 paint-to-thinner ratio. For airbrushing, start with a 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 ratio and adjust for your equipment and technique.

Use Mr. Color Thinner, Mr. Color Leveling Thinner, or Mr. Color Rapid Thinner. Do not thin this paint with Thinner for Aqueous Hobby Color or ACRYSION Solvent.

Compatibility Notes

Mr. Color can be applied over cured Aqueous Hobby Color or ACRYSION, but those ranges should not be applied over Mr. Color. Do not mix it with Aqueous Hobby Color, ACRYSION, ACRYSION Base Colors, Classy 'N Dressy Colors, or Mr. Metal Color.
