This set includes two 1/32 scale AN-M65A1 1000-lb general-purpose bombs for modelers detailing WWII and Korean War heavy bomber aircraft. It is an in-house MPM Hobbies resin accessory intended to add period-appropriate ordnance detail to a compatible aircraft kit.

Historical Notes

The AN-M65A1 refined the earlier AN-M65 design with antiwithdrawal pins in the base plug and a lockable adapter-booster and fuze adapter. Its double suspension lugs and single opposite-side lug are represented as part of the bomb's historical configuration.
