About the Subject

Forty-foot tankers are widely used to transport and distribute liquid products across North America. High-grade 5424 aluminum alloy is used for the storage tank, which holds 9200 gallons. The tank is internally segmented into separate compartments, so the trailer can carry different gasoline grades or other liquids at the same time. Filling and unloading is handled through a centralized manifold system along the underside of the trailer.
