About the Messerschmitt Bf.109T:

The Bf.109T ("T" for Träger, meaning carrier) was a specialized naval variant of Germany's legendary Bf.109 fighter. Developed specifically for the Graf Zeppelin aircraft carrier, it featured folding wings, an arrestor hook, and reinforced landing gear. Though the carrier was never completed, approximately 70 Bf.109T aircraft were built and later served with land-based units.
