About the Mitsubishi Ki-51 Sonia:

The Mitsubishi Ki-51 was a light bomber and ground-attack aircraft used by the Imperial Japanese Army Air Service during World War II. Known by the Allied reporting name "Sonia," this aircraft featured a distinctive greenhouse-style canopy that provided excellent visibility for the crew. The Ki-51 served extensively in China, Burma, and throughout the Pacific theater.
