Use and Thinning

Thin with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Tamiya Lacquer Thinner can provide faster drying and a harder finish when appropriate. For smoother brushwork, use Tamiya Paint Retarder, item 87114.

Finish Options

XF colors have a flat finish, while X colors are glossy. Tamiya X-21 Flat Base can be mixed with Tamiya gloss colors to create a flatter finish.
