Circuitron SD-2 Semaphore Driver
The Circuitron SD-2 Semaphore Driver provides all the logic circuitry needed to drive upper or lower quadrant semaphore-style signals to all three positions. Designed for use with the CIRCUITRON TORTOISE™ slow-motion switch machine, it's an essential control component for prototypically accurate signal operation on HO and N scale layouts.

- Drives semaphore signals to all three positions (clear, caution, stop)
- Compatible with CIRCUITRON BD-1, BD-2, and BD-3 Block Occupancy Detectors
- Works with any detection circuit providing a logic low (− or ground) output
- Requires a minimum of 2 blocks with detectors for 3-position indication
- Board dimensions: 2" × 3"
- Power requirement: 10–18V DC
- Scales: HO and N
Compatibility
The SD-2 is designed to work alongside the CIRCUITRON TORTOISE™ and a semaphore-style signal with linkage. The signal, TORTOISE™, and signal linkage are not included and must be sourced separately.
