Choosing Between B511 and B518

Surface preparation differences

B511 contains more granules and is better suited to filling scratches. B518 Mr. Base White 1000 Spray contains more white pigment and is better for covering small bumps and dents with a whiter surface. B511 can appear slightly grayish.

Use and Safety

Apply a thin coat, then add the desired color after the surfacer has dried. Follow the product label and work in a suitable ventilated area.
