Bachmann HO Scale GS4 4-8-4 Southern Pacific Daylight #4449 with DCC Sound

The streamlined, powerful SP GS4 4-8-4 steam locomotives were the choice of high-speed passenger service in the Southwest until they were superseded by diesels in the late 1950s. Available in distinctive "Daylight" color schemes plus the red, white, and blue Bicentennial model, this 4-8-4 includes our Sound Value SoundTraxx® steam package with authentic prototypical chuff, short and long whistles, bell, air pump, steam release, and blower—all in 16-bit polyphonic sound. The preserved and still-running #4449 has had many different paint schemes, and this model represents the current version.
