Mixing & Thinning

Brush Painting: Mix 1 part paint to 0.8–1.0 parts thinner (Mr. Color : Mr. Color Thinner).

Airbrushing: Mix 1 part paint to 1–2 parts thinner (Mr. Color : Mr. Color Thinner).

Use Mr. Color Thinner, Mr. Color Leveling Thinner, or Mr. Color Rapid Thinner to dilute. Do not thin with Aqueous Hobby Color Thinner or Acrysion Solvent.

Compatibility Notes

  • Aqueous Hobby Color and Acrysion can be applied over a cured coat of Mr. Color.
  • Mr. Color cannot be applied over Aqueous Hobby Color or Acrysion.

Cannot be mixed with: Aqueous Hobby Color, Acrysion, Acrysion Base Colors, Classy 'N Dressy Colors, or Mr. Metal Color.
