Mr. Color C189 Flat Base Smooth is a 10ml lacquer paint product for scale modelers who want a smooth, flat finish when working with Mr. Color paints. Use it with the recommended thinner for brush painting or airbrushing.

Compatibility and use

Treat Mr. Color C189 as a lacquer. It can be applied beneath Aqueous Hobby Color and Acrysion, but those products should not be applied beneath Mr. Color. Do not mix it with Aqueous Hobby Color, Acrysion, Acrysion Base Colors, Classy 'N Dressy Colors, or Mr. Metal Color.

Thinning guidance

For brush painting, mix one part paint with 0.8 to 1 part thinner. For airbrushing, mix one part paint with 1 to 2 parts thinner.
