Application guidance

Brush painting

For brush painting, start with a 1:0.8 to 1.0 paint-to-thinner ratio and adjust the mixture for the brush, surface, and coverage you need.

Airbrushing

For airbrushing, start with a 1:1 to 2 paint-to-thinner ratio. Test the spray pattern and coverage before applying the finish to the model.

Layering and mixing

Mr. Color can be applied over AQUEOUS HOBBY COLOR and ACRYSION. Do not thin it with AQUEOUS HOBBY COLOR thinner or ACRYSION solvent. Do not mix it with AQUEOUS HOBBY COLOR, ACRYSION, ACRYSION Base Colors, CLASSY 'N DRESSY COLORS, or Mr. METAL COLOR.
