"Board on laser"... The cut of the interior framework with the laser and then supplied strip wood to be laid over the framework, makes it look scratch built but done the tough part and cut all of the components that make scratch building a chore. The kit includes the signs and the bench.... The kit is based on a structure located at a museum in San Antonio, Texas. The foot print is 16 scale feet wide by 20 scale feet deep.
