Well, this is that classic roadside ice cream stand with lots of colorful advertising signs and it includes two benches to enjoy your treat. Designed to fit in those small spaces between the tracks and the roads on everyone's layout.

The Kit: The Kit is made of Laser-cut, tab-and-slot, peel-and-stick, wood, and fiber board parts with cast metal detail parts. It also includes vintage advertising signs from different eras so you can customize the kit to your time period. Figures and scenery are not included.
