Building History and Design

The Bisgeier Tool Company has an interesting origin story—it all started from a computer game back in 2012. The designer saw this structure in the game, did a print screen, and sent it over to Craig Bisgeier, asking if it would make a great kit. His response: "Hell yeah!" This kit is an updated version of the original sold in 2013, featuring significant improvements and modern manufacturing techniques.

Kit Evolution

This new kit differs from the original 2013 version in several important ways. The old kit featured hydrocal brick walls, hydrocal stone foundation, LED lighting, and a water tank. The new kit has been redesigned with laser-cut brick walls, a laser-cut cinder block foundation, and a couple of changes to the building design, making it easier to assemble while maintaining exceptional detail and realism.
