Tamiya PS-3 Light Blue is a 100 ml spray paint formulated for transparent polycarbonate R/C car bodies. Apply it to the inside of the shell to create the exterior color while supporting use on gas-powered R/C bodies.

Product details

  • Material: Polycarbonate-specific spray paint.
  • Color: Light blue, PS-3.
  • Scale: Not applicable; formulated for R/C car bodies.
  • Compatibility: Transparent polycarbonate bodies, including gas-powered R/C bodies. Do not use on plastic model kits.
  • Contents: One 100 ml spray can, an appropriate amount for one complete model.
  • Application: Spray from inside the body shell at about 30 cm, then add coats after the paint cures as needed.

Application notes

Spraying transparent shells

Keep the can about 30 cm from the inside surface while spraying. After the first coat cures, apply another coat if the color coverage needs more depth. The cured paint is resistant to oil and fuel for gas-powered R/C use.

Important compatibility note

This paint is for transparent polycarbonate bodies only. Never use it on traditional plastic model kits.
