Tamiya PS-43 Translucent Orange is a 100ml spray paint for transparent polycarbonate R/C car bodies. It is intended for modelers who want a translucent orange finish and should be applied from inside the body shell.

  • Material: Spray paint formulated for transparent polycarbonate bodies.

Application

Spraying from inside the body shell

Spray from about 30 cm away from the inside of the body shell. Let each coat cure before adding another. Applying the paint inside the shell allows the exterior to retain a smooth finish.

Color combinations

For a deeper mica effect, use Translucent Orange with Bright Silver. For a shiny metallic effect, apply Translucent Silver with normal colors.

Important safety information

Use this paint only on transparent polycarbonate bodies. Never use it on plastic model kits. The cured paint resists oil and fuel, making it suitable for gas-powered R/C bodies.
