Tamiya PS-44 Translucent Green is a 100 mL spray paint for finishing transparent polycarbonate R/C car bodies. It is intended for modelers who need a translucent green finish for a complete R/C body shell.

Product details

  • Material: Polycarbonate spray paint formulated for R/C body shells.
  • Scale: Not applicable. Use with compatible polycarbonate R/C bodies.
  • Compatibility: Transparent polycarbonate R/C car bodies, including gas-powered R/C bodies. Do not use on plastic model kits.
  • Contents: One 100 mL spray can.
  • Color and finish: Translucent green for a frosted-glass effect. Combine translucent colors with Bright Silver for a deep mica effect, or use Translucent Silver with standard colors for a shiny metallic finish.
  • Important detail: The paint is resistant to oil and fuel after curing, making it suitable for gas-powered R/C bodies.

Application notes

Spraying a polycarbonate body

Apply the paint from the inside of the body shell, not the outside. Hold the can about 30 cm from the surface and allow each coat to cure before adding another coat as needed.
