Thinning & Airbrushing

For airbrushing, use any of the following Tamiya thinners: 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520, or 87077. Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner is recommended for standard thinning. Tamiya Lacquer Thinner may also be used for faster drying and a harder finish.

For brush painting, add Tamiya Paint Retarder (87114) for a smoother, brushstroke-free result.
