Vallejo Metal Color 77711 Magnesium is a ready-to-airbrush metallic acrylic in a 32 ml bottle, made for modelers who want a realistic bare-metal finish without switching to enamels or lacquers. It suits natural-metal aircraft, engine areas, armor details, and figures.

How To Use It

Metal Color is formulated for direct airbrush application, and can be thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver. It can also be brushed on. Recommended airbrush pressure is roughly 15 to 20 psi.

Getting The Best Finish

Applying a gloss black primer first brings out the reflectivity of the aluminium shades. The paint dries quickly and self-levels, preserving fine surface detail. Wait about 12 hours after application before applying masks. Metal Color shades can be tinted in the airbrush cup with Model Air or Game Air colors.
