Vallejo Model Air Russian AF Grey Blue is a water-based acrylic paint for scale modelers working on military subjects. It is formulated for airbrushing and can also be applied with a brush for controlled color application.

Application

Airbrush use

Use directly or dilute with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver. Priming the surface first and applying several thin layers helps produce an even paint film. Vallejo recommends approximately 15–20 PSI, or 0.5–1 kg, for airbrushing.

Brush application

Model Air can also be applied with a brush when the project calls for hand painting or detail work. For airbrush maintenance, Vallejo recommends its Airbrush Cleaner.
