Tamiya X-14 Sky Blue is a water-soluble acrylic paint for brush painting or airbrushing scale models. It covers smoothly and can be blended easily on common model surfaces.

Application notes

For airbrushing, thin the paint with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner. Tamiya thinners 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520, and 87077 are also listed for airbrush use. Tamiya Paint Retarder 87114 can help produce a smoother brush-painted finish. Before curing, the paint can be washed away with plain water. Tamiya Lacquer Thinner can provide faster drying and a harder finish.
