Application and thinning

Brush and airbrush use

The paint covers well, flows smoothly, and can be blended easily. For airbrushing, thin it with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner or Tamiya Lacquer Thinner. Lacquer thinner can provide faster drying and a harder finish. For smoother brushwork, use Tamiya Paint Retarder 87114. Before the paint cures, it can be washed away with plain water.

Suitable Tamiya thinner options include 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520, and 87077.
