Tamiya X-27 Clear Red is a glossy, water-soluble acrylic paint for scale model parts. The 23ml jar is suited to modelers who paint by brush or airbrush and work with common hobby plastics.

Painting guidance

For airbrushing, use a compatible Tamiya thinner such as 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520, or 87077. Before the paint cures, it can be washed away with plain water. Tamiya X colors have a glossy finish, while XF colors have a flat finish.
