Painting guidance

For airbrushing, thin the paint with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner or Tamiya Lacquer Thinner. Lacquer Thinner can provide faster drying and a harder finish. For smoother brushwork, use Tamiya Paint Retarder 87114.

Recommended Tamiya thinners

Compatible thinner references include 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520, and 87077. Before curing, the paint can be washed away with plain water.
