Tamiya XF-07 Flat Red is a 10ml water-soluble acrylic paint for scale modelers. Its flat finish works for brush painting or airbrushing on plastic, resin, Styrofoam, and wood.

Application

Airbrushing

For airbrushing, thin with any of the following Tamiya thinners: 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520, or 87077. Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner is the standard choice. For faster drying and a harder finish, Tamiya Lacquer Thinner may be used instead.

Brush Painting

For smoother, brushstroke-free results, add Tamiya Paint Retarder (87114) to the mix.
