Tamiya Mini XF-67 NATO Green is a 10ml water-soluble acrylic paint for scale modelers painting military vehicles, aircraft, and other common model plastics. It works with a brush or airbrush when thinned correctly.

Using the paint

Brush painting

The paint covers well, flows smoothly, and can be blended easily. For smoother brushwork, use Tamiya Paint Retarder 87114 as appropriate.

Airbrushing

Thin the paint with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner or Tamiya Lacquer Thinner. Compatible Tamiya thinner options include 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520, and 87077. Lacquer thinner can provide faster drying and a harder finish.

Important details

XF colors have a flat finish. Before the paint cures, it can be washed away with plain water.
