1/48 AGM-78 Standard Anti-Radiation Missile

This 1/48 AGM-78 Standard Anti-Radiation Missile is an in-house MPM Hobbies 3D-printed resin accessory for modelers building Vietnam-era Wild Weasel and SEAD aircraft. It adds a scale-appropriate AGM-78 loadout to compatible 1/48 aircraft projects.

3D Printing Information

Designed and 3D printed in-house by MPM Hobbies, the print is shipped unpainted with 3D supports attached. Color images are for display purposes only. Remove supports carefully, test-fit the part to the aircraft pylon, and prime the resin before painting. Fine features can be delicate, so handle the part with care.

CA adhesive is recommended for attaching the part to a model or filling small imperfections. Lightly sand or prime any horizontal striations caused by the printing process.

The AGM-78 was used on specialized SEAD aircraft, including the F-105F/G Thunderchief, F-4C/G Phantom II, and A-6B/E Intruder. Confirm the configuration and loadout for the specific aircraft and time period you are modeling.
