Overview
Tamiya XF-03 Flat Yellow is a flat-finish acrylic paint for scale model builders. Use it for brush painting or airbrushing aircraft, vehicle, figure, and other plastic model kits.

- Material: Water-soluble acrylic resin paint.

Application and thinning
Brush painting
For smoother brush application, use Tamiya Paint Retarder 87114 to help reduce visible brushstrokes. The paint can be washed away with plain water before it cures.
Airbrushing
Thin the paint with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner. Tamiya Lacquer Thinner can also be used for faster drying and a harder finish. Compatible Tamiya thinner options include 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520, and 87077.
