The German Army Infantry 1939 (1/76th) set came about unexpectedly. It was originally planned to be produced in the standard 1/72nd scale, but due to production issues, the final figures turned out much closer to 1/76th. Since 1/76th is still a legitimate scale, largely thanks to the classic Matchbox range, the team decided to make the best of the situation. The result is a very nice set of figures suitable for the early campaigns of WWII. This is an unassembled and unpainted plastic figure set.”
