About the Deutschland-Class Pocket Battleship

The Admiral Graf Spee was the third and final Deutschland-class cruiser, designed to operate as a commerce raider within the restrictions of the Treaty of Versailles. Armed with six 11-inch guns and capable of 28 knots, she combined battleship firepower with cruiser speed, making her a formidable threat to Allied shipping lanes in the early months of World War II.
