The kit features a laser-cut MDF core overlaid with laser-cut siding and includes all three buildings. It offers an enjoyable and straightforward assembly experience, capturing the essence of what makes kit building fun. While it is primarily intended for RGS modelers incorporating Vance Junction into their layout, the structures can also be used individually or as a group scene on any layout. The passenger car roof is a plastic component sourced from the San Juan Car Company.
