F/A-18E Super Hornet [U.S. Navy Carrier-Borne Fighter/Attacker]
The F/A-18E Super Hornet is the U.S. Navy’s latest advanced jet fighter/attack aircraft.
This aircraft is based on the F/A-18C and has undergone significant upgrades. Visually, its larger airframe and angular intake design stand out, but in reality, the entire structure is a newly designed configuration distinct from the C model. It features improved flight performance, enhanced weapon-carrying capacity, and built-in potential for future upgrades.
The E variant is a single-seat aircraft.
This model kit includes newly developed parts around the canopy to accurately recreate the single-seat version. It faithfully captures the Super Hornet’s form, with sharp, modern lines rendered in striking detail. Included armaments are external fuel tanks, AIM-9X Sidewinder missiles, and AIM-120C AMRAAMs.
